When will I get my order:

Because everything is handmade...we ususally ship out in 1 week to 10 days

via USPS.

Are you still shipping for Christmas:

We are able to ship out right until the 24th of December..it's up to you to

use your judgement when you want the order....we ship from NY and

use USPS.

Allow longer shipping times for holiday seasons.

What if Im not happy with my order:

Your satisfaction is our number one priority...if you aren't happy..we

aren't either. Just email or phone us and we can replace or refund you

within 7 days.

I would like pillows, mugs etc. with Wendy Costa Art,

how can I find it?:

Licensing opportunities are possible, please email or phone us for more

information.

I didn't get an email confirmation when I placed the order:

Our shopping cart software doesn't automatically do that..yet..we are

working on it..but email us just to check in if you have questions.
